Bet Acceptance

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the payment method on file, subject to standard KYC and verification checks. Any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khd88 and its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

Governing Law

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and khd88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
